The Martin D-45 acoustic guitar offers an all-solid wood construction, sublime tonal characteristics, a bold and expressive dreadnought body, as well as a truly stunning appearance. With a solid sitka spruce and East Indian rosewood construction, the D-45 produces a versatile, rich, full, and resonant tonal character. Its real bone nut also adds resonance and sustain, as well as being self-lubricated, allowing the guitar to stay in tune for longer periods of time. The tone produced is able to accommodate numerous genres and playing styles with ease, from lighter folk and country fingerpicking techniques to heavier, meatier strumming patterns. Furthermore, the Martin D-45 features a dreadnought body which offers superb projection and volume, perfect for the singer-songwriter that needs an enormous acoustic voice to keep up with their passionate vocals. With hand-inlaid abalone ornate details, gold hardware, and a natural gloss finish, the Martin D-45 offers a beautiful yet premium appearance to match its sonically pleasing tone.
